Welcome to NR Task POS. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms will be considered a legal agreement between NR Task POS and its users. Please read our terms and policies carefully.

1. Service Description

NR Task POS is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) system that helps manage business operations through a monthly subscription. Our services will assist you in managing sales, inventory, reporting, and customer relationships.

2. Terms of Use

By using our services, you confirm that you will use them for lawful and legitimate purposes. You will not abuse our system or services, and you take full responsibility for ensuring the security of your account.

3. Payment and Subscription

A. Payment Method:

We currently accept payments through bKash. After completing the payment, you must submit the transaction ID to our system.

B. Subscription Activation:

Within 30 minutes of submitting the transaction ID, we will manually verify the payment and activate your subscription. When you activate a subscription, it will be effective on a monthly basis.

C. Bill Payment:

  • You must pay your subscription bill every month.
  • If the bill is not paid, your account will be frozen.
  • If the bill remains unpaid for three consecutive months, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted, which is unrecoverable.

D. Refund Policy:

We do not provide refunds for payments under any circumstances.

4. Account Freeze and Data Deletion

If a user fails to pay their monthly subscription, their account will be frozen. If the bill remains unpaid after three months, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. There will be no opportunity for data recovery.

5. Data Security

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal and business information. According to our privacy policy, we take appropriate measures to protect your information. We comply with applicable laws when sharing any information with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep our services active and reliable at all times. However, NR Task POS will not be held liable for any service disruption or data loss due to technical issues, server outages, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Our website, software, logos, and all related content are the intellectual property of NR Task POS. No material may be reused, copied, or distributed without our explicit written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you are considered to have accepted the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the courts located in Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
